Hello, my name is John Denicola. I am the President of Seaside Home Inspection Services LLC. I live in beautiful Tarpon Springs, Florida.
I have a vast construction background and understanding of all components of the home. I have performed over 4000 home inspections around the Tampa Bay area. My primary goal is to provide a high-quality home inspection, with excellent customer service. It’s important to educate and guide my clients so they feel confident moving forward with their purchase.
When I’m not inspecting homes, you can find me on the water boating & fishing. My favorite past times include spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors and enjoying this tropical paradise we call home.
